Weight decreased from 155.6 lbs yesterday to 150.4 lbs this morning by 5.2 lbs. The biggest contributor of this change is the late food consumption. I had a lot of food in the system two days ago and the next morning, (yesterday), I did not sleep well, felt still a bit full, and felt sluggish. However, I felt a bit hungry last night. (I wanted to test it out and also wanted to feel better in the morning). Now, I feel very light, good, and not hungry either. Hunger I felt last night was a fake signal by my stomach. Nothing I could ignore. If anybody has a good option to suppress the late night hunger other than water let me know. Let's do it!
